Picking upPermittedThe curb is for active loading and unloading of passengers and bags; do not leave the vehicle unattended. The Passenger Arrivals Area is located on the lower level of the airport.
WaitingPermittedFree cell phone waiting lot for passenger pick-ups: a parking lot with individual stalls, adjacent to the Boise Airport Economy/Shuttle Lot, with its own entrance at 2950 S. Curtis Road. It is a 5- to 7-minute drive from the terminal, about the same amount of time it takes a passenger to walk from their gate to the curb for pick-up. The previous cell phone waiting area is closed; follow signs to the new lot.
