Take a ticket from the dispenser at one of the entrances and keep it with you. Pay at a pay station before leaving: one outside the Check-in Hall, next to the MCB ATM, and two at the entrance of the Arrivals Hall. After payment you have 15 minutes to leave the parking lot.
