Picking upPermittedIf picking up a passenger, vehicles may stop at the curb if the passenger is physically standing at the curb with their luggage. TSA regulations prohibit anyone from parking or leaving vehicles unattended for any length of time at the curb.
WaitingPermittedThe Cell Phone Lot is for people picking up passengers. It is located just beyond the Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) Administration Building as you approach the terminal. From Airport Road, make a left after the JAA building onto Pecan Park Road and then a left into the Waiting Lot. This lot is not an overnight lot: any vehicles left overnight will be towed at the owner's expense.
Picking upPermittedLocated adjacent to the terminal, the Hourly Garage is the option the airport recommends for picking up family and friends.

MeetingPermittedThe security checkpoint is located in the courtyard area. You can meet arriving passengers there, since each concourse exits into it. While you wait, you can relax, shop or have a meal at one of the concessions. Only ticketed passengers are allowed past security checkpoints.
