When picking up, the traveler must be waiting outside the terminal before you pull curbside, and you may stay only long enough to pick up the traveler. Find out if your traveler has checked any bags; it sometimes takes a little while for bags to reach the baggage carousel.
  • Waiting: not permittedParking your vehicle at the curb while you wait for arriving travelers to emerge from the terminal is not allowed. Unattended vehicles may be ticketed and towed. If you arrive before your traveler is ready for pick-up, plan to park and wait at the free cell phone waiting lot.

• Cell Phone Waiting Lot

  Park and come inside
  Where: Cell Phone Waiting Lot, 50 Bern St (outside the airport)
  • Waiting: permitted · at most 45 minutesFree cell phone waiting lot at 50 Bern St, just a few minutes away from the terminal, with a public restroom. Maximum wait time: 45 minutes. No unattended vehicles; unattended vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.

• Drop-off at the departures curb

  Where: Departures curb on the upper level (right by the terminal)
  • Dropping off: permittedDrop-off is located on the upper level at the departures curb; follow roadway signage for departures. You may pull to the curb in front of the terminal only long enough to drop off a traveler. Parking on the departures curb is prohibited, and strict federal security directives prohibit parked or unattended vehicles on the roadways in front of the terminal, even for a short time. Unattended vehicles may be ticketed and towed.
