Picking upPermittedIf someone is picking you up, they cannot wait at the curb unless you and your bags are already there. If you are not ready, they need to wait in the Cell Phone Lot until you call.
WaitingNot permittedParking is not permitted in front of or alongside any of the terminals. If you leave your vehicle unattended, it will be towed at the owner's expense.
WaitingPermittedThe free Cell Phone Lot is for waiting before picking up or dropping off a passenger. It is less than five minutes from all terminals, near the airport's entrance and adjacent to the P4 Daily Parking garage, with more than 100 spaces and portable restrooms. Enter 'Newark Cell Phone Lot' in your GPS or follow the signs when entering the airport.
