Picking upPermittedOn Grant McConachie Way, look for the Arrivals – International and USA sign; the Public Passenger Pickup area will be on your left. Passengers exit the terminal from Door 17 on the International Arrivals level and cross two crosswalks. There is an accessible entrance by Ride-App Pickup.

Picking upPermittedOn Grant McConachie Way, look for the Arrivals – Canada sign and proceed past the first crosswalk; the Public Passenger Pickup area will be on your right. Passengers exit the terminal from Door 24 on Level 1, Airport Services Plaza. There is an accessible entrance outside Door 24.

Dropping offPermittedOn Grant McConachie Way, follow the signs for Departures. Drop-off lanes are available along the Departures Level 3 curb – check your itinerary for the correct check-in location. Keep clear of the spots reserved for Courtesy Shuttles and Authorized Vehicles, and of accessible parking spaces. Accessible entrances are located outside doors 4, 6, 13 and 14.
