Bom saber

  • The SkyBus Melbourne City Express runs daily from 4 a.m. to 1 a.m. between Melbourne Airport and downtown Melbourne (Southern Cross Station), with stops outside Terminals 1, 3 and 4. Departures are every 10 minutes during peak times and every 15 minutes outside peak times.
  • Tickets can be purchased online at skybus.com.au (valid for 12 months), via e-kiosks at the curbside stops, or with cash at Prosegur and Smart Carte baggage storage inside the Terminal 2 arrivals hall.
  • SkyBus also runs the Peninsula Express (St Kilda to Frankston), the Eastern Express and the Sunshine Express; airport stops for these are at Terminals 4 and 1 only. SkyBus does not run between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m.

  • Taxi stands are on the ground floor outside T1 and T2 and in the T4 Transport Hub.
  • For your safety, do not accept any offer of a taxi ride outside the designated taxi stands at Terminals 1, 2 and 4. Downtown Melbourne (the CBD) is approximately a 30-minute ride from Melbourne Airport.

  • There are three Uber pick-up points: at Terminal 1, turn left out of the terminal; at Terminal 2, curbside directly in front of the terminal; at the Terminal 4 Car Park, on the ground floor (turn right as you exit the terminal).
  • Other rideshare services (including Didi and Shebah) pick up at Terminals 1, 2 and 3 from Lane 3 of the forecourt, and at Terminal 4 on Level 1, inside the Terminal 4 Car Park.
