Citilink is an Indonesian low-cost carrier that was founded in 2001. Its headquarters is located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The airline commenced its operation on July 16, 2001, and was established as a low-cost brand of Garuda Indonesia. With its main hub located at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport and Juanda International Airport, Citilink have officially operated as a separate subsidiary of Garuda Indonesia since July 30, 2012, with its own callsign, airline code, and uniform and logo.

Mostly serving Indonesian domestic destinations, Citilink flies to cities such as Ambon, Balikpapan, Banjarbaru, Banda Aceh, Bandar Lampung, Bandung, Banyuwangi, Batam, Bengkulu, Denpasar, Gunungsitoli, Jakarta, Jambi, Jayapura, Kendari, Kupang, Lhokseumawe, Makassar, Manado, Mataram Malang, Medan, Padang, Padangsidempuan, Palangkaraya, Palembang, Pangkalpinang, Pekanbaru, Pontianak, Semarang, Sibolga, Sidoarjo, Boyolali, Tanjungpandan, and Yogyakarta.

Citilink has a frequent-flyer program called Supergreen that has been officially integrated with Garuda Indonesia’s GarudaMiles. Citilink’s frequent flyers can earn GarudaMiles that can be redeemed for Citilink’s flight.

In July 2018, Citilink had launched a seat selection called Green Zone on which passengers can enjoy improved assistance and compensation for delays, with additional benefits such as free snacks, drinks, and insurance for a certain additional fee. Green zone seats are located at the first five rows and emergency window exit rows of the plane.

Citilink has also become the first low-cost airline in the Asia Pacific to offer Wi-Fi at 35,000 feet above the ground on January 16, 2019.

Citilink was certified as 4-star low-cost airline by Skytrax for the quality of its onboard products and staff service, and Citilink home base airport service.
