  • The AirportLink bus leaves from bus stop B at the domestic terminal and bus stop A in the Transport Hub at the international terminal. Look for the public transport signage.
  • At Puhinui Station you can catch a train to anywhere along the Southern Line and Eastern Line.
  • Auckland Transport accepts contactless payments: tag on and off with a contactless debit card, credit card or smart device. You may also use an AT HOP card, available at the airport from a vending machine outside Door 4 (domestic terminal), Take Home Convenience (international terminal) or the vending machine at bus stop A in the Transport Hub.

  • The 38 bus operates between Auckland Airport and Onehunga via Mangere Town Centre, every 15 to 20 minutes, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, during the day. At the terminals, it stops at the same bus stops as the AirportLink service.

  • SkyDrive (operated by Ritchies Transport) offers an express shuttle service between Auckland Airport and SkyCity in Central Auckland. Buses leave from bus stop A at the domestic terminal and bus stop E - Bus to City, at the Transport Hub outside the international terminal. Buses run every 30 minutes, with the last bus from the domestic terminal at 10:30 p.m.
  • Tickets may be purchased directly from the bus driver (card payment only), or via the SkyDrive website.

  • On-demand taxi and Super Shuttle stands are located at the Transport Pick-up zone, lanes 2 and 3, outside Door 11 of the international terminal arrivals area, a short 1- to 2-minute walk. At the domestic terminal they are located outside Door 4.
  • Only licensed companies are able to pick you up from the designated taxi stands at the terminal buildings. The pre-booked taxi meeting point is located inside arrivals.

  • Uber, Bolt and DiDi provide rideshare services to and from Auckland Airport; arrange your ride through your provider's app. Uber uses the dedicated Rideshare (Uber) pick-up zone at each terminal; Bolt and DiDi use separate Rideshare (Other) pick-up zones, so check your app and follow the signs for your provider.
  • At the international terminal, taxis and rideshare use the Transport Pick-up Zone, a 1- to 2-minute walk from international arrivals via Door 11; at the domestic terminal, the pick-up zones are on the terminal forecourt. Certain rideshare providers use the Off-site Transfer zone, a 5- to 7-minute walk north of the Transport Hub; check with your provider when booking which zone you will be collected from.
