Afikim operates a line with service to Jerusalem (Bus No. 485) and Kavim a line with service to Tel Aviv (Bus No. 445), both from Terminal 3, Level 2, Exit 21.
Metropoline operates a line with service to Be'er Sheva from Terminal 3, Level 2. Egged route 5 is a shuttle between Airport City, El Al Junction and Ben-Gurion Airport; its stop is on Level 2 (Public Transport) at Terminal 3.

At Terminal 3, licensed taxis are located along the sidewalk on the ground floor at the exit from Gate 03; at Terminal 1, at the exit from the domestic flights' welcomers hall.
The service operates 24 hours a day. Payment of the taxi fare is by meter only.
