  Curbside on the upper Departures level
  • Picking up: permittedPassengers may also be picked up curbside at the upper Departures level. During peak times, it may be faster to ask your passenger to meet you on the Departures level.
  • Waiting: not permittedVehicles are not permitted to be unattended on the curb. Do not park, wait, or leave your vehicle unattended along the Arrivals or Departures roadway. Vehicles that are not actively loading or unloading passengers may be ticketed and towed.
• Arrivals curbKiss & Ride
  Curbside on the lower Arrivals level
  • Picking up: permittedArriving passengers can be picked up on the lower Arrivals level curb at Doors 4-7 (domestic flights) or Doors 16-17 (international flights). Do not go to the curb until your party has cleared Customs, retrieved their baggage and is waiting on the curb. Accessible curbside pick-up zones are at Doors 4, 7 and 9 for Domestic Arrivals, and at Door 16 for International Arrivals.
  • Waiting: not permittedThere is no waiting on the curb for any reason; wait in the Cellphone Waiting Lot. Vehicles that are not actively loading or unloading passengers may be ticketed and towed.
• Short-term parking (P1, P2)Park and come inside

  • Picking up: permittedPark in the short-term parking garage for a pick-up or drop-off and get 20 minutes of free parking. It is located on ground level, just steps away from the terminal.

• Cellphone Waiting LotPark and come inside
  Cellphone Waiting Lot
  • Waiting: permitted · at most 60 minutesA free cellphone waiting lot for picking up guests, with a 60-minute maximum stay; no vehicles can be left unattended and drivers are asked not to exit their vehicles. Arriving guests contact the driver by cellphone once they have claimed their luggage and are waiting at the pick-up zone on the Arrivals curb; the driver can then pull up to the designated area on the Arrivals level.
