Glasgow Airport parking: opposite the terminal or a short ride away
Glasgow Airport in Paisley is the gateway to the west of Scotland and a single-terminal airport, with car parks grouped around the building and open around the clock. The overview above lists the options the airport describes itself, with walking times. Prices are not on this page, because they change with the season and with booking ahead; the current figure is on the official page linked above.
Which car park fits
The Terminal Multi Storey sits directly opposite the terminal building, covered and two minutes from the doors, with spaces for disabled drivers; Priority Parking on Level 2 of Car Park 2 is the closest option for a quick trip. Valet Parking, booked in advance, is handed over in Car Park 1, two to three minutes from the terminal. For a few days, Mid Stay on Sanderling Road is a five-minute walk and needs booking; for a holiday, Long Stay on Arran Avenue is the long-term option, with a shuttle of about five minutes.
Getting there and the alternatives
The airport is at junction 28 of the M8, west of the city, and the car parks are signposted from the motorway. Without a car, buses stop right outside the terminal, including the express to Glasgow city centre, and Paisley Gilmour Street station is just over a mile away with trains to Glasgow Central. For the east, Edinburgh is the alternative. The arrivals and departures of Glasgow are in the tabs above; every airport we follow is in the airport overview.
