Kansai Airport Station (JR and Nankai), connected to the 2nd floor of Terminal 1 (right by the terminal)
Connection
Kansai Airport Station is directly connected to the 2nd floor of the Terminal 1 Building and the 2nd floor of the Aeroplaza Building. For Terminal 2, a free shuttle bus runs between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 from AEROPLAZA (travel time: 7–9 minutes).

Good to know

  • The station is directly connected to the 2nd floor of Terminal 1 and is just a few minutes' walk across the passageway.
  • Haruka Express is a JR limited express train; the Rapi:t Express is a Nankai Electric Railway limited express train that runs between Namba and Kansai Airport.
  • You can purchase an ICOCA card, or charge one you already have, at the JR or Nankai Electric Railway Kansai Airport Station outside the 2nd floor of Terminal 1.

  • To catch a bus from Terminal 1, go to the bus stop outside the 1st floor of Terminal 1; all buses toward the destination start from here. Tickets can be purchased from the ticket vending machines outside the 1st floor of Terminal 1.
  • At Terminal 2, some destinations can be boarded at the bus stop outside the 1st floor. All other destinations board at Terminal 1, 1F; take the free shuttle bus from outside Terminal 2 to 1F of Aeroplaza, Terminal 1.

  • At Terminal 1, the taxi stand is across the crosswalk outside the 1st floor, the international/domestic arrival floor. Ride-app pick-up (Uber, DiDi, GO) is at spot 2.
  • At Terminal 2, the taxi stand is outside the international terminal. If taxis are not waiting there, please use the dispatch phone located near the taxi stand to request one.
