Connection
The free PHX Sky Train® runs 24 hours a day between the 44th Street station and the terminals. At Terminal 3 the station is on Level 5: take the escalators in Ticketing up to Level 4, then up to the boarding platform on Level 5. At Terminal 4 it is on Level 3, where you can walk directly to the security checkpoint.

Good to know

  • The 44th Street PHX Sky Train® Station is a direct connection to Valley Metro Rail, which offers access into Phoenix, Tempe and Mesa.
  • The PHX Sky Train® is free to the public. Between 5 a.m. and 10 p.m. the wait averages about 3 1/2 to 7 minutes. Between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. service may be reduced for nightly maintenance and wait times could be 15 minutes or more, so allow extra time.

  • Purchase your Valley Metro Rail tickets after arriving at the 44th Street station; ticket kiosks are on Level 2.

There are also pick-up locations at the Rental Car Center and at the 24th Street (south curb) and 44th Street (north curb) PHX Sky Train® stations.
  • Rideshare services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for most providers. Arrange your ride once you have all of your bags and are ready to exit the terminal.
