Terminal 2: two enclosed pedestrian bridges on the concourse level connect the terminal directly to the station (at the north and south ends of the platform). Terminal 1: exit the terminal to the street-side curb and board any "Airport Shuttle" bus; at the stops for Terminal 2 or North/South Parking 1 & 2 you can access an enclosed bridge to the station. From the station to Terminal 1, exit towards the parking garage, take the elevator or stairway to street level and board any "Airport Shuttle" bus.

  • From Terminal 1, proceed out the exit doors at baggage claim and turn right; the taxis are located on the curb closest to the Terminal. From Terminal 2, proceed to the baggage claim lower level (level one), walk indoors to Doors 5 or 6, then proceed outside to the terminal curbside, where the taxi dispatch location is clearly marked. Service is first-come, first-served, and a DCA Taxi Dispatcher at the taxi stands places you with a taxi.
  • All taxicabs dispatched at the airport must have and use taxi meters and accept cash or credit card. Uniformed dispatchers assist passengers with disabilities in selecting a wheelchair-accessible taxicab.

  • For rides departing Reagan National, use your smartphone to select the appropriate pick-up zone and coordinate directly with your driver. Green flags on the outer terminal curb designate the pick-up loading zones. Terminal 1: meet your ride on the third (outer) curb. Terminal 2: meet your ride on the Baggage Claim (Arrivals) Level, 1st floor, on the outer curb; select Zone 1 through 4. Rental Car Center: meet your ride at the designated pick-up and drop-off location across from the Rental Car Shuttle Bus shelter on National Avenue.
