Larnaca Airport arrivals: how to read the board
The arrivals board above lists the flights landing at Larnaca International today, with the scheduled time, the estimated or actual landing time and the status of each flight. It updates continuously. Larnaca is the main airport of Cyprus and the gateway to Ayia Napa, Protaras, Limassol and Nicosia; British flights make up a large share of its traffic, from London Heathrow, London Gatwick, London Luton, Manchester and Birmingham.
Larnaca has one terminal; every arriving passenger comes out into the same arrivals hall on Level 0, where the car-rental desks are. Allow half an hour to an hour between landing and the hall: Cyprus is outside the Schengen area, so every arrival goes through passport control. To pick someone up, use the Short Term Uncovered car park P2 opposite the terminal, which is paid; the drop-off zone opposite the main entrances is for a one-minute stop only. Taxis wait on the right as you exit the Arrivals Hall, around the clock, and intercity buses to Nicosia, Limassol and Ayia Napa leave from outside the terminal.
Which flights you see on this board
Wizz Air and Cyprus Airways account for the largest share of arrivals, followed by Aegean Airlines from Athens and the islands. From Britain, British Airways, easyJet, Jet2.com, TUI Airways and Wizz Air UK fly in; KLM comes from Amsterdam, Emirates from Dubai, and the Israeli carriers from Tel Aviv and Haifa. The busiest connections in our route data are Tel Aviv, Athens and Haifa.
Looking for a departing flight? Switch to the Departures tab. Every airport we track is listed in the airport overview; Paphos at the western end of the island is the second Cypriot airport, with most of the Ryanair flights.
